Senior Engineer/Vice President
Mr. Pinnow has been with RSV Engineering, Inc. since 1997 and is currently the Senior Civil Engineer and Vice President for the Tucson office. His experience includes assignments as civil engineer, project and design engineer, construction inspector, environmental scientist and surveying crew chief.
Mr. Pinnow has been design engineer and project manager for commercial and industrial site designs, residential subdivision design, and commercial business parks. Mr. Pinnow’s expertise includes grading plans, detention pond design, erosion control plans, storm water management plans, FEMA issues, road design, and utility design. He has extensive experience with client and contractor relations, preparation of bid documents, and construction management.
