JULIE A. BURRIS

Ms. Burris is a Planner for RSV Engineering, Inc. working out of the Big Bend office. She has experience as a Planner/Civil Technician since the early 1990s with extensive hands-on application in many areas of civil/technical design, drafting, surveying and construction field services. She is proficient in the interpretation and preparation of plans and profiles, road designs, topographic and boundary surveys.
She has vast experience in Client Municipality planning sessions, Municipal board meetings, public hearings and plat approvals. She works with local, county and state officials on matters of zoning, environmental aspects and technical design issues. She has drafting and mapping layout experience and has been the project manager and planner for many projects in a number of counties, taking them from concept to final plat.
